AAS,
the Australian Alumni of Singapore, is a non-profit organisation
that aims to promote friendship and goodwill among the
various graduates from the different Australian tertiary
and professional institutions. AAS was established in
1955 by a group of returned graduates from Australia,
with the esprit de corps to establish a forum to interact
and forge a close link between Singapore and Australia.We
generally hope to cater to the needs and aspirations of
:
1) The 'recent' graduate; to get a job and have career
stability
2) The 'professional' graduate; to assist in career enhancement
and asset appreciation
3) The 'established' graduate; to satisfy personal aspirations
and family needs like children's
education
As such we will be organising events to enable our members
to have a purposeful life in the area of health, leisure,
